They were always ahead of the game. The bed was fairly easy to put together thanks to the instruction video we were sent. (We ordered a king size). The quality and craftsmanship of the frame is absolutely beautiful. We opted to add drawers to our frame, and it came with out a couple of bolts for those, but they overnighted them! VERY happy with our purchase.”
