“I tried a lot of places to find a sparkling wine stopper and pourer. I have a brilliant one at home from years ago but it seems unavailable. Wineware was the only source I could find, apart from small cheap ones that do not really keep the gas in. It is not as good as the one from years ago but the fact that it is available is a big plus and it is pretty good.”
“Seems to be effectively preserving sparkling wine. My only observation is that upon opening the wine, some of the contents leak out as it is tipped. I'll work on my technique in using the seal to see if this can improve.”
