“Packaged dimensions were 300x300x2100mm just shy of 70kg so was a little tricky maneuvering into the house. Once fully settled(around 24hrs) it is extremely comfy and has helped relieve back pain. Plenty of room for 2 people and 2 large dogs.”

“The mattress is fine, but Winkl sold us a frame that was not big enough for the Cail-king mattress we purchased. No, we are sorry, we will fix that, etc. The dialogue was all online, not able to talk personally with someone to speed the process. Overall, the conversation seemed to imply it was our issue, not the sale of a wrong size frame. It took hours to resolve and now have on order another frame which took hours to locate from another store. Good product and the frame was nice, just poor execution of a sale.”

“In short, we love our new Winkl mattress and highly recommend! We had zero adjustment period, and have both had excellent sleep from the first night. I typically have a lot of hip and shoulder pain while I sleep, and this has significantly decreased and some night is completely gone. The husband is a restless hot sleeper, and is definitely sleeping better, even during the recent extreme humidity. The mattress is currently on our bedroom floor, as we haven't yet found a California King bedbase that we like.”
