“I bought the Lux double mattress which was easy to set up. After using it for a month, I found the mattress still too firm so covered it with an old topper pad which has improved the comfort, although this has made the bed rather warm for summer conditions. Would be great if Winkl sold double topper pads with a cooling gel like some bed companies do - I would buy one!”

“I love my mattress so far it could do with a little bit more firmness in the middle of the mattress where my middle back is but all in all it good.”

“The customer service from this company is excellent, it is very easy to get a hold of someone and they are good at offering lots of reasonable options for shipping or anything at all. Unfortunately the mattress did not end up being the best match for me in the end, although I imagine it would suit a lot of people well as my flatmate enjoys theirs. The company was great in that regard and the returns process was smooth and well handled. I hate the process of returning things and they made it simple. If you think the mattress could be a fit for you it's worth trying.”
