“Service, delivery and return was fantastic. Unfortunately this mattress did not work out for us. My husband is normally a hot sleeper and I am normally comfortable or cold however from the first night I was burning hot (the heat retention was never an issue for my husband with this mattress just me!). I persevered for over a month but despite trying to rectify the heat retention issue with a recommended mattress protector and sleeping with less covers etc it still felt like I was sleeping with an electric blanket on high”

“Took a few nights to get used to the mattress. We didn't really like the sinking feeling when side sleeping but we added a thicker mattress protector/blanket and this has fixed that issue by redistributing the weight a bit more evenly.”

“Would be good if you like a soft mattress but I found it too soft for my preference. Impossible to sit up and read in bed comfortably as your bottom sinks deep into the mattress. I was also surprised no previous reviews mentioned the very strong chemical smell. It was overpowering and still very noticeable even after 30 days when we decided to return the mattress. Expensive for what it is - a large piece of foam made in China.”

“Very comfortable no partner disturbance wish I had got it years ago, only downfall is it’s very hot to sleep on, menopause has a bit to do with that however”
