“This was my first time investing in a nice bed for myself. After a lot of research and comparison I decided on the Winkl. My item was delayed so I reached out to the team who informed me my item was out of stock. Genevieve was amazing and quickly problem solved and helped me get my brand new bed. She even helped me with an upgrade to the Lux model! I am so happy with the service, responsiveness, and my lovely new bed.”

“The service we received and delivery was great but:- Sorry but this mattress does not suit us at all. My husband got a sore back and found it very uncomfortable. Also there is no support at the sides so we had to be careful not to fall out of bed as we are retired and our mobility is not as good as it was when we were young.”

“Hi all the potential buyers out there! I don’t usually participate reviews after purchase but thought you may benefit from my humble one. I bought the king size mattress for my wife’s birthday ( so I can still enjoy too!) as our old mattress had its life. It was super easy to set up and our first night sleep was just beyond our expectations! I won’t write all of what I love because everyone has a different liking and preference when comes to choosing a right mattress. But with free return and money back there’s literally nothing to lose and I do doubt how many people actually will return after sleeping on this incredible quality of mattress. Highly recommended, and thanks to Winkle team for looking after our Kiwis( both humans and birds) too!”

“The Winkl lux mattress is amazing! Never slept so well & from the very first night. My back was well supported, no more sore back or aching joints, tossing & turning. Loved it so much we got the pillows & then have bought 6 more mattresses so all our beds are Winkl, worth every penny!”

“Early days but Lux mattress has improved our sleep hours. A little hard to get a 50kg box up the stair case even with the nifty built in wheels. Well pleased!”

“I had really bad back pain every morning I woke up. The very next day after sleeping on the mattress it was gone and has stayed gone. Anyone with back pain give it a try you have nothing to loose but everything to gain.”

“The mattress arrived quickly. It is the best mattress I have ever had. It's thick and firm and soft so you get great support, my husband has back issues and his tossing and turning have dramatically lessened. I can't believe how great this mattress is. Highly recommend.”
