“Never got anything delivered so fast - I got it 4 hours after placing my order. However, unfortunately, this mattress is not for me. I weight around 90kg and the top "comfort" layer did nothing. My entire body would sink straight to the base layer, which is very firm and uncomfortable. I used the mattress for the full trial period and it did not improve over time. Please note that the rating is for the mattress only. Customer service is great and the return process is hassle free. After Winkl I got one from Napp and am keeping it. Memory foam mattresses are really good when you find your fit and these companies are a godsend for letting you try them for months before deciding if you keep it.”

“I have tried several different matresses and one was top of the range and i was still uncomfortable sleeping on it ! This matress is amazing and have had the best sleeps since a long time !! Well done Winkl to produce such a good and affordable matress !!”

“I decided to try this mattress after buying two good quality, rather expensive mattresses over a couple of years due to back pain. Neither really helped my back pain and I was at a point of being quite desperate. I saw the Winkle mattress and decided I had nothing to loose. After all, I could get a refund if it didn’t work out! Well I haven’t needed to get a refund and this is the best of my 3 purchases by far. Still have some back issues but this mattress is really supportive and better than anything I’ve slept on to date. The service was fabulous and knowing that if the mattress didn’t work out, my money would be refunded was really reassuring. Thank you for ‘backing’ your product. Highly recommend this mattress. You can’t go wrong.”

“The mattress was super comfortable from day one and no need to sleep-in the mattress over weeks to achieve the desired firmness. The memory foam is soft enough at the top so one's shoulders and hips dent into the mattress, but just enough to make one's spine horizontal. The mattress is not so soft that it makes a scoop. The mattress is completely straight in the mornings when making the bed - no hollow in the middle of the bed. I find I sleep longer (more hours) without waking up as I'm comfortable and no pins and needles in my arms and legs from compression as in mattresses bought before in shops.”

“We were very skeptical at first with a ‘box mattress’ but we are pleasantly surprised. This mattress is so blimmen comfy - back pain has gone and I have had epic sleeps since! Really happy with this purchase - LUX KING. The only thing I am struggling with is finding sheets & mattress protectors that fit. The thickness of the mattress doesn’t allow King sheets - so we have upsized to super king sheets. Am yet to find a good protector that works. Other than that I highly recommend!”
