“After a lot of research i bought this mattress initially because of the weight of it (my 'old' one weighed a tonne! which post surgery, made it very difficult to make) The 120 day money back guarantee is unheard of on any product let alone a mattress! Another draw card for me was the ethics of the company, any 'unloved' Winkl will be given to a charity. Their customer service is second to none - a special thank you to Genevieve in the Help Squad, helping me chase a very delayed delivery (local transport company's issue) cheers for the chocolate too! .... After a week of sleeping on the lux I am not only not waking during the night and morning with any body pains but am also having a more peaceful sleep. I would absolutely recommend this product, try it! You've got nothing to lose but you'll gain a better snooooze :•)”

“You don't realise how rubbish your previous mattress really is, until you sleep on a Winkl for a couple of nights. No more back discomfort in the mornings and more time spent actually sleeping. I haven't had a single night lying awake since getting the Winkl, it's fantastic.”

“The product gave me a very sore back to the point I had to take days off work. The mattress is much to soft for my liking and for the life of me I couldn’t get the sheet to stay on the mattress fitted or flat. The return process was nothing but problems. They where told profusely that they cannot pick up the mattress any other day but friday or Saturday and they turned by twice on the Thursday to collect the mattress. Would not recommend because of the return process”

“We’re a bit doubtful at first but with so many recommendations we thought we’d take the plunge. Wow the aches and pains of a few years on our old mattress disappeared the first night! No rollover just peaceful sleep. Just what needed after a long night shift on the ward. Highly recommended.”

“Was sceptical but glad I was wrong. It's the best mattress we have ever had. Hard to explain that is both firm but soft enough to relieve the pain from pressure points such as hips, shoulders etc. Highly recommend the mattress.”
