“I have worked in Customer Services for over 25 years and honestly the service I received for my Winkl mattress and then the upgrade to the Lux matttress was amazing. Genevieve was so easy to deal with and she answered all my questions promptly. The upgrade of my mattress was the easiest ever, all completed within a couple of days from pickup and drop off of the new mattress. Couldn't fault whatsoever”

“This has been our saving grace- no movement means that I’m no longer waking up my other half when I get up in the morning (no more disgruntled noises) AND I always wake up well rested with no funny ailments. Comfortable, SO convenient, and quick and easy to set up!! LOVE IT!!”

“I've been sleeping on my winkl for a month now and wow! I've never been so excited to go to bed. I've often struggled with limbs falling asleep when I'm on my side which hasn't been an issue once since getting the winkle. I'm redominantly a back sleeper, which on older mattresses has made me feel so stiff during the days, but I no longer have pressure on my lower back while I'm sleeping. The most amazing and unexpected improvement though, has been in my mood. I never realized how much a mattress could improve my mood, I wake up happier and ready for the day. I can't stop telling everyone about my new mattress, I'm so stoked!”

“We bought The Winkl (Queen) a few years back and until now it's so good as new! Quality: So comfortable and you'll get it as per advertisement. Best buy! You'll never regret it. Customer Service: When our Winkl default cover got stained, we opted to buy a new one from Winkl. Apparently they don't sell separate cover, but the aftermarket service is awesome! I got a surprise from Winkl, shout out to Genevieve! Thank you Winkl! Highly recommended product!”

“For years I have tried to find a firm enough mattress that doesn’t give me sore joints! Finally I have purchased a Winkl Lux and it has been the best purchase I’ve ever made! No more sore back or joints from the first night I slept on it!!! Cheers Winkl! I recommend to everyone I talk to lol”

“Ok so I just wanna say the delivery service is absolutely amazing. I purchased my mattress and within 4 fours it was delivered “ like wtf haha” Pretty stoked so far with my mattress and the feel of it. As soon as I laid on it my body just sunk nicely into it. Looking forward to my first night sleep”

“I did not find the mattress comfortable, it was much too firm for us. I brought it because of my back problems. We ended up getting a refund. However I am rating 4 stars because the process was so easy, it arrived quickly with no hassle whatsoever and I appreciated the trial period. Also, when I decided to get my refund I recieved absolutely amazing customer service from Genivieve and recieved my refund within 5 minutes of confirming the salvation had picked it up. Even though we didn't enjoy the mattress I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who likes a firmer mattress. Thank you Winkl!”
