“This would be a perfect bed for someone who doesn't suffer from sore muscles and back pain but for us who suffer from both, the bed is too soft and it sucks you in rather then pushing you back up and supporting you. We do love the idea of us sponsoring a little Kiwi bird but is not completely worth it when you wake up sore every morning.”

“Reading the reviews I wasn’t 100% sure about purchasing a Winkl, as many people complained about firmness/softness - and although they have their trial, being a kiwi I probably wouldn’t have complained. I’m SO glad I bought one. It’s perfection. Soft in all the right ways but firm in all the right ways. I bought a single for my son. I am now saving for a queen Lux for me! The packaging in a box is just so clever. I’m so so happy with it. Thanks Winkl!!”

“I was slightly hesitant about about buying a mattress online. Somehow the idea of buying one without lying on it beforehand just didn't seem right. I'm very glad I went against my initial feelings. I love my Winkl, it just feels perfect. I don't get too hot at night, which is quite often a problem for me, and it feels like the perfect firmness. There's very little (if any) disturbance when sleeping with a partner. I haven't slept on another bed since I bought it, but I can imagine it will feel quite strange going back to a normal' bed. Big advocate for the Winkl!”

“I bought a queen Winkl mattress in Oct 2020, the price of these mattresses are actually affordable for me which i appreciated so much as I'm a single mum. They also had a Halloween Sale on too so even more affordable! I've loved other memory foam mattresses I've slept on in the past so when I got the Winkl I was stoked that it was the perfect balance of soft enough to mold around my shape but firm enough that it supports my back. The first sleep was so good, 4 months later it's still perfect to me. I even just purchased a king single Winkl for my son! Highly recommend.”

“Very comfortable but personally enjoyed sleeping on a springed matress more. That being said the ease of transporting the winkl around particually when it came to getting it upstairs was a serious plus.”

“It's not the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on, but for the money, it's pretty damn good. I was worried I'd get too hot, but I've been cool as, even on the hottest summer nights. I'm about 6 weeks into my trial period and I won't be sending it back.”
