“At the moment the jury is out as it feels almost as firm as the mattress I am wanting replaced. So I am not feeling much better as far as a restful sleep.”

“Unfortunately for me, the Lux mattress I ordered was too soft. I was expecting something a little firmer. Just one of those matters of taste that you can't tell until you've tried it. I gave it a good go for more than 30 nights, but definitely not for me. Perhaps the Winkl is a better choice, if you prefer something with some firmness to it? Organising a refund has been easy and customer service has been fantastic and very responsive. While the mattress may not have been suitable, they have been a pleasure to deal with as a company.”

“We are a couple in our 60s and had been dithering about buying a new mattress; too much choice, too expensive, worried we would be ripped off by all the fancy coverings not realizing we were being conned by marketing tricks.
