“Thanks a lot Winkl for your excellent customer service. When I ordered my mattress I did not receive the free pillow as advertised however this was sorted promptly and with no fuss. IWe love both the Mattress and pillow. Super comfy and firm, just right. I highly recommend Winkl :grin::grin:”

“I have suffered lower back pain for more than 10 years. The Winkl mattress has helped so much that I haven't been to the Chiropractor in almost 6 months and I was a monthly client! Great mattress, firm but soft, never slept better.”

“While it has taken a little time to get used to the mattress I am feeling much more comfortable. I do have a back issue though which requires surgery so that may have impacted. The pillows sadly are too high (at this stage for me anyway) and they also smell funny. Not as strong as they did but still not great. They are very comfortable though so its a shame.”

“Been a couple of weeks now, and also three full days in bed with a terrible cold and feeling comfy yet supported the whole time. For me it is just the right amount of firm to soft ratio :) and my back is doing better already.”
