“I work for a large tradeshow/exhibit house, and we spec'd an LED diffuser product from W4S, they didn't have enough in stock for the large project I was working on but James managed to, by some miracle, get a full roll of the diffuser material shipped from Barcelona, Spain to our Las Vegas facility in a matter of just a few days. He stayed in constant contact with me, and the carrier all the way from the time we clicked order, until the project was complete.
