“I don't want to review the products yet as we haven't installed them. What I do want to review is the superb customer service. As an architect, I used to go to the lighting suppliers and get technical assistance (and a discount). A discount is fine, but it serves my clients. I want my projects to be the best they can be and I can't keep up with all the products and advances. I am so delighted with the assistance and service I have received from this company - it's like going back in time with service while going forward with technology. I wrote another review and wrote that I wiould update. This review is an update and I will update with my review of the product with photos in a month or so.”
