“I had inadvertently ordered your IP20 LED tape with one of your kits and was not aware of the IP67 product at the time. I sent Gilmar an email, whom I had spoken with a couple of weeks earlier, and he managed to hold the order until he could confirm my wishes. Smoothest transition I have ever had while trying to alter an order “in process”! Gilmar won me over on my initial phone call with his technical prowess of your product line. That exchange convinced me right there that I had the right person, product and company for the product I was looking for. His customer service skills are beyond reproach! He’s definitely a “keeper”. Anyways, you and your org are rocking it with the “kindly-intercept-on-the-fly-for-an-upgrade” move and I am so very appreciative! Thank you so very much! I should also compliment your website layout/operation, it’s real good! While we’re at it … let’s just reiterate the high quality of communication that you have provided. (I am still amazed this transaction even happened.) “I spoke with Gilmar who helped me put together a kit for a niche and under vanity LED lighting. He was beyond helpful. He answered all my questions (I had many!) and then called me back when he thought of something I hadn't. Amazing service. He helped me facilitate expedited delivery. 5 stars. 10/10. Thanks Gilmar!”
