“Our restaurant received two acrylic guards for our checkout station. They fit perfectly and are very clear so it feels like you are working with our host without the barrier. We did knock one down and chip it, which required us to order another. It arrived quickly and we were able to replace the chipped one. To avoid this happening again, we attached the bases to our wood top with a two brass angles each, drilling through the base of the guard to allow us to use a binding post. It worked very well and stabilized the guard that was close enough for people to knock it over. We highly recommend this acrylic guard.”

“The first set of 4 plastic shields came and were not satisfactory. I contacted your company hoping to get someone to help since I needed the the shields for the opening of our Thrift Shop. Cheran answered and even though I was guided what to do with the first 4 shields, nothing worked. I was about to contest the purchase. However, Cheran went into action and ordered and sent 4 new shields from another manufacturer I believe. They arrived in 2 days and I installed them at the thrift shop on the day after. I was so pleased with the response that I cannot say enough about Cheran handling this matter satisfactorily for me. Thank you, thank you. Our thrift shop opened on time!”
