“I bought this smoker in March of 2016. I have had it for 10 months and it is the best smoker I have ever owned. I love the number of trays that are available or can be removed as needed. The smoker heats up fast and is easy to maintain temperature. One thing that cannot be changed is it is heavy 1200lbs.so make sure you have a flat place to keep it and if you have to roll it get some help. The only complaint I have about it is the shelf on the front is very shallow and is only good to cooking utensils. The top of the fire box gets very hot and I'm going to put a grate on it so it can be used as a hot plate or warmer.”
