“I have owned a Yoder YS640S Orange Competition Cart with Stainless Steel shelves for several years which has been of outstanding quality. So, when I decided to get a companion for my YS640S it was a no brainer. I decided to purchase a Yoder 24x48 Flattop Competition on the Orange Competition Cart. This charcoal grill started out a little rough with issue on shipping as well as issues with the charcoal basket. Working with Joey in Yoder’s Technical support department was fantastic. He stuck with me until all the issues were resolved and the charcoal basked performed flawlessly. This has truly been one of the best customer service experiences of my life. This 24x48 Flattop Grill is fantastic and very versatile. You can set this up to cook dual zone, fast, or slow with the ability to get a nice char on burgers and steaks. It holds the temp very consistent for a long time when smoking large meats like Pork shoulder, brisket, and ribs. With the adjustable charcoal basket, the temperature is easy to adjust. Based on the build quality of their products and the customer support, I would highly recommend the 24x48 Flattop charcoal grill or any Yoder product.”

“I absolutely love my 24x48 Flattop! This grill is so versatile. You can grill simple things like burgers, chicken & steaks or you can smoke large meats like brisket, ribs and pork shoulders. The adjustable charcoal basket allows you to cook at a low temperature at the lowest point or you can cook really hot at the highest point. Some of the best bbq I've ever produced has been on my Yoder Flattop. This is a charcoal but it does a heck of a job doubling as a smoker too.”
