“Ordered these extensions for my wedding which was 2 weeks away when ordered. Paid for same day shipment to ensure they would arrive, I waited 1 week. No extensions. Contacted support team and were told they sent it out again and should arrive by end of the day. Still no extensions. Only to be told the Friday night before my wedding that they don’t do ‘same day’ shipment to my location. Not impressed with the company nor how long it took the service team to recognise this. The extensions arrived after my wedding, on an “express” delivery. Refund was given based on the difference though now having complications with the return. Not a great experience.”
