“I ordered the 9 piece set a few months ago, and while the quality is amazing and the comfort is superior I didn’t receive the extensions as described.
The set should’ve came with 3 x 3 clip pieces and my set only came with one 3 clip piece, and 4 x 2 clip pieces. This wouldn’t be a huge deal but the 3 clip pieces fit the best at the nape. Because of this the extensions look extremely choppy when they’re placed - even if they’re curled.
I wish I would’ve received the correct set so they’d lay better but quality is 10/10 and they’re the most comfortable and natural extensions I’ve owned.”
