“Have bought extension in the past . Got these on sale did not arrive in a nice box like before . Did not include shampoo/ conditioner or the hair oil spray . It had a long brown spring hanging out . The clip that keeps in the hair in olacd was hanging off . Worst item I’ve ever bought from them . They use to have great hair . Very disappointed”
