“The color looks very different in person and I was not made aware they were not returnable, even though I never opened the package, nor used the extensions (which is what is allowed for returns/exchanges per Zala's website guidelines). Will not buy again. Customer Service sucks.
Customer service reached out to try to find a solution. I replied to their email address (as was advised in their initial email) and turns out the email address is not valid. I don't know how to properly contact customer service to find the solution and respond to their initial message to me.”
