“Was a big lover of my Zala extensions. Ordered the same colour and length as last time but when they arrived they looked completely different. Didn’t have time to send them back as needed them for an event. My hairdresser who always installs them said they’re totally different in colour and texture to the last set. They’re almost grey, as if they’ve been over toned and after just one wash, they’re one big frizzy/fried mess. Have never ever had this problem with their extensions before but now I just have to put up with it as they’re in now and a total waste of money if I take them out after a week in. Super sad but quite hopeful this was just a bad batch and an anomaly.”
“Have been a zala customer for years now. Firstly my points were not transferred, secondly, the quality has declined for sure. The last 2 times i have purchased, the quality of my extensions have been so different, they frizz up now and look dead almost immediatley and also shed heaps. They are also thinner. They definitley used to be a lot better.”
