Upon collection item wasn’t happy with the shortness and thin necklace.
For the cost it should of been made bid better in thickness & length.
Told the store assistant I wasn’t happy and wanted to refund, as had just opened the box to see the necklace.
She informed me they zoom in on pics to make the items look bigger as well as lighting to show shine and sparkle on products.
I understand shops do this for advertising and or motions but what I received wasn’t what I was happy to pay for. Being white gold and a special necklace for teens birthday this was pretty disheartening.
She refused stating I wasn’t entitled to a refund but they would look into a possible store credit when the reciept was on their website.
(I had reciept in hand as well)
Upon getting home I contacted ZAMMELS online and had the issue resolved by lovely customer service assistant that I could in fact return the necklace at any store and get my full refund.
I have since done so and gone elsewhere for similar item that was both longer and better in style with a cheaper price and still white gold.
