“Before purchase I was told the ring could be resized. A few days after payment I was told this couldn’t be done and if I needed the resize I would have to pay extra. I did and then delivery took weeks despite Australia Post saying that they’d been advised a label had been created for this delivery by the sender. After a period of time with no additional information about the delivery I contacted Zamels to see what the delay was and was told they’d look into it. Another period of time elapsed with no contact or delivery so I again emailed Zamels and received no reply. The ring was eventually delivered but the service and time taken was atrocious and I won’t be looking at any further purchases from Zamels.”
