I will be taking my item to your Zamels store in Knox City, wanting south. I have spoken to the store manager, Debbie. She will exchange my item for a new one. I am very disappointed. This is not the first time I have purchased an item online and it has been faulty on arrival.”

Was packed as if ready to be gifted so luckily I checked it else the giftee would have opened up a tiny clump of knotted gold. Treat, store and package your jewellery a bit better!”
