“These are beautiful and perfect size. But the hole in the backs is too large for the post. The back doesn't not hold onto the post and within one day the back had fallen off and the earrings lost. After contacting Zamel's about this design fault they didn't even follow up for more information about how they could improve and make a fit for purpose product let alone any rectification of my loss. I am disappointed in the quality of the design and the service.
Delivery was fast and well packaged and as I said they earrings were a lovely size. Just not a good experience overall”
