“5mg daily dose works - sort of. As with most of the medications in this class, the dose efficacy decreases over time. Taking the pill in the morning almost eliminates its effects by the end of the day.”

“I prefer this to sildenafil. Sildenafil gave me great super hard erections, but was often difficult to ejaculate and would give a mild head ache now and then. Daily Tadalafil doesn't require me to know when sex is going to happen. It let's me get hard throughout the day when I need too. More importantly though, I climax every nearly every time I have sex. The only time it is difficult to ejaculate is when we are going on round two or three in a day, which is probably normal. I'm going to place another order for 2.5 mg instead of 5 mg though because I think the 5 mg is a bit much. On 5mg my body is acting like I'm a teen and getting hard throughout the day at inconvenient times. Sitting in a desk at school is kinda funny. Sitting in an office with half lady colleagues, not so much.”
