“Works great for me, I have also done the 5mg daily, I tried the 10mg for as needed weekend warrior thing this time, no complaints but if you are active more regularly the 5mg daily is the way to go. I will get back on that program soon, it suits my lifestyle better. But absolutely does what is intended.”
