Excellent quality watch, I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on it whenever I wear it out.

I was excited to buy this watch and loved the looks. To this day I have not worn it because it is nearly impossible to tell the time. the pictures are a little deceiving in that the hour hand hides behind the sandwich dial. Getting the lum to work almost makes it worse as there is a blue behind all of the dial and the hour hand is just as hidden.

One of the coolest designs! However, I would have opted for the black and yellow instead of this green and silver. I'm having a real hard time figuring out what time it is as they have used faint color of green.

Cool looking piece, but I bought this model watch SPECIFICALLY for the amazing glow in the dark ability touted and advertised on Xeric's website. As with other Xeric models, the "glow" ability is ONLY charged with ultraviolet light. NOT normal lighting. And it fades quickly. To make matters worse, I had to eat return shipping for buying a watch not as advertised.

I purchased this piece ONLY for the awesome glow in the dark aspects as presented on this website. This particular watch model is shown to glow in the dark as if it's got back lighting. NOT EVEN CLOSE. If you are in a cave, this watch would glow ever so slightly. If you happen to have an Ultraviolet flashlight you can get the watch to glow bright but only for a couple hours. Normal lighting does not/will not charge the luminescence like typical glow watches. NO phone # for customer service is a problem for asking these types of questions. I took a chance and now have to pay to return a watch that is over inflated on capabilities.

I have one of these time piece from the crowdfunding campain in Kickstarter. The problem is that in the images and advertising videos that you posted on Kickstarter both the Superluminova pigment and the tritium tubes looked perfect in the day light, in the dusk and in the darkness of night. The truth is that in practice it is impossible to see the Superluminova pigment that shows the number of "hour" with either day light, dusk  or darkness. On the other hand, the tritium tubes are totally imperceptible at night. As a result, the time piece does not fulfill its basic function of displaying the time.

It has been a month since I bought my watch and it is the time that I have not received it, you tell me that this problem is no longer yours that is a problem of the transporter, which I find illogical this was the second time I bought a watch because i considered a serious company, but I think that as everyone when they are nobody they provide good service now that you already have people who buy you are not interested to continue giving a good service. I am really angry at having paid and not receiving what was agreed upon in the time you mention on your page.
