“Bought this watch after falling thoroughly in love with it and had it for several months. It takes some getting used to when trying to quickly tell time but it is very accurate and is a real conversation starter - especially when paired with a nice looking band. Unfortunately, the other day it got merely tapped (and I do mean TAPPED) on the face in passing by a ring that I was wearing on my other hand and an almost perfect circle of glass dropped right off the face of the watch onto the floor. This is an $800 watch. I've had the equivalent contact with plenty of watches and rings, doors, etc. without so much as a scratch and at a fraction of the price. Not sure what they use for glass or how they construct these but not very happy with that at all and now I guess I have to see what comes of their support.”

“Before buying my Silver Halograph I read a range of reviews. I'd like to briefly state the good and bad.
The good: Very thoughtful watch design. I think the watch is very well constructed with nice appointments.
It's my understanding the watch was designed in the US, but, manufactured in China. However, don't confuse this watch with something less than quality. Very cool looking for sure.
The bad: I ordered my watch through the Xeric website and paid for my order using Bolt a 3rd party credit card processor. There was some mix up, which, caused some confusion for me. I sent Xeric an email and within a day the mix up was straightened out. Not flawless, but, ok; reasonable response time.
Watch has been working great, seams to keep very good time, and I can't quit looking at it!
I hope this review is useful for both the Xeric company and future customers.

“I'm very happy with this little artwork .I bought two pieces and there are really beautiful. But I'm less happy that I didn't receive a little book with information about the watches and how to use.This detail I really missing.
