“If you don't feel like reading this entire review go ahead and avoid this watch/company and move on. I am about to throw this $600 watch in the garbage after staring at it, motionless, for weeks. I purchased this watch, supporting the company during their Kickstarter campaign, and was able to get 063/100 "The First 100" special edition! I attempted to contact the company to have it repaired but they said it would be hundreds of dollars, they may not be able to, and if they are it will likely cost more than simply buying a new watch. Clearly the company doesn't care about their special editions and will not stand by their products. I spent the $600 in the hopes that this would be a watch I would have for many many years. The Automatic feature meant I could charge it regularly and continue enjoying it without the worry it will stop working one day. I was very wrong. One of the two exposed mechanical components stopped working, then the rotating mechanism in the back stopped spinning, then the watch stopped working entirely. I will never purchase from this company again and would strongly recommend you do the same. I will be returning regularly to see if this review is taken down; if it is, I will be posting on every forum and watch website I can find to make sure I am heard.”
“This watch feels like it is connected to something deeper. The automatic movement and the elegant positioning of its hour and minute hands is mesmerising to behold. This watch definitely attracts the right kind of attention: curiosity. The domed glass is a really beautiful touch too that not a lot of watches have. It is almost like it is connected to both past and future at the same time I really love it. Consider me a new Xeric fan.”
“I am always on the look out for a watch that stands out. I accidentally stumbled upon this brand and was in awe at the creativity. Rolex, Panerai, Breitling are all great watch brands but you know when you get one that you'll probably see someone on the subway (i'm from NY) or at work wearing one too. But this watch is a showstopper. It's a beautiful timepiece that just looks fantastic on the wrist and shows that you pay attention to detail and have a good eye for fashion when you wear it.”
