“The crown fell off the second it arrived and I am completely unable to resize the bracelet.
I have resized literally thousands of bands, I told them exactly the tool I was using and that I was pushing the pins in the correct direction (as indicated by the arrows on the bracelet) yet they had the nerve to completely disregard what I had already said and simply repeated the directions.
They are useless. I'm keeping the watch, I've repaired the crown myself and I will have my watchmaker extract the obviously damaged pins from the bracelet, I'll just call this a learning experience and never buy from them again”
