“This is not the regular kinda watch you have in your collection. Unique is the word to best describe this awesome timepiece. The finishing is brilliantly done and lots of details. I really like the fact that a single hand tells me both the hour and minute. The 24 hour chrono is very helpful as well as the stopwatch functionality. The leather strap perfectly fits the color combo and is premium quality. The packaging was very simplistic and easy to unbox. I really wished the numbers on the dial were a notch bolder for better visibility and would look wonderfu if the markers had lume. Very happy with this purchase and always grabs the viewers attention.”
“Ok so the watch looks good but that is were it stops. After only a week the watch quite working...well actually it was even before that since the chronograph never did work proper. I looked at the manual that is available online and still was not able to get the watch to start working correctly and then it just stopped all together. So I contacted customer service and shipped the watch back. Three weeks after the watch was confirmed to being returned to Xeric I still did not hear anything back from customer service. I was left with no other option other then to file a dispute with my bank. The very next day Xeric sent an email with tracking information for a replacement watch. Of course the tracking number shows it was never shipped even after many days have passed. Bottom line is that the watch is garbage and the customer service is even worse. It is no wonder that a simple telephone number to reach Xeric is not available.”
“Watch quit working after a week. The chronograph never did work proper. I shipped back and never heard from the company. I had to file a dispute with the bank. First bad review was removed. I guess only the good reviews go through. I am sure this one will be removed with time. Stay away.”
