I got a very favorable impression from the get go because of the informative tracking my purchase emails. My NASA James Webb quartz even arrived a few days before is promised delivery date. Beautiful watch and beautiful separately purchased 22mm Gold PVD mesh band. (I cannot wear leather watch bands/straps). My two (after purchase) emailed questions were PROMPTLY and courteously answered in full. I wore my NASA James Webb to our favorite restaurant (we're regulars there) the day after receipt. Our waitress noticed it right away and exclaimed: "You have a new watch! Can I see it?"

Great design, the gold centre is as bright and bold as I expected. The leather strap is comfortable and the watch fits well, would highly recommend!

Not only is this watch incredibly well engineered and designed, but Xeric's customer service is outstanding as well! All my questions were answered quickly and shipping was even quick to boot! I will undoubtedly be looking at Xeric for my next watch, 10/10.

Amazing unboxing experience. It felt like I was diving through the cosmos. The watch is beautifully finished. Watching the stars spin gently around the dome is enchanting. I can't wait until the James Webb telescope goes up because it will give my watch so much more meaning.
