“Gifted this watch to my husband for Christmas but unfortunately it was faulty piece that arrived. It’s really nice but the watch isn’t working and it was quite a disappointment because he likes it and wants to wear it immediately. Not sure if it’s a battery issue or it’s simply a faulty piece and now that it’s the holidays we just have to wait till the next business day for the response.”
“While I was concerned about the shipping time frames, since it took about five months to get my order and they told me 2 or 3 times it was shipped when it wasn’t and I didn’t get real shipping info for about 3 weeks after they told me it would be shipped. I will still say that this watch is incredible. I get compliments and questions on it every time I wear it and I have friends and family asking me where I bought it. Incredible time peace, they just need to work on the shipping time frames because taking four or five months to get an order....no matter what the product is, is just a little hard to stomach.
