“I purchased this band not realizing it doesn’t fit my xeric watch . I contacted customer service and I paid to return my watch band . After some time I asked customer service what’s the next step . The website doesn’t give you any info except a place that says status , but you can’t do anything with that . My return said approved and I waited and didn’t get any follow up Emails . I also paid full price for my watch band and the one that fits my watch was on sale for half price, after a failed attempt to reach customer service I reached out about 5 days later and they said the new one shipped . It had actually shipped a day before . I never got any email about any of this and when the band showed up it had came out of the plastic and rubbed against itself and had several links that had scratches on them. I also never received the difference in price . So I ended up with frustration, a scratched band and out $30 bucks . This is sad since the watch is nice but I would be hesitant to buy another one since you’re on your own to decipher the customer service process and if it’s this hard to get service just for a band I can’t imagine what’s involved for that actual watch itself .”
