“I have been using Chocolate Lean for a couple of years. I mix it with sugar free chocolate almond milk and mint extract and blend it with ice. The mint extract helps to improve the flavor. I have found that I would get hungry about an hour after drinking the shake. About a year ago I started adding a protein powder to my morning shake. This helps me to not be hungry until lunch time.
