“This is the first review I’ve ever been asked to do and I’ve been a customer for years.
I’d like to take this opportunity to actually give a review on the watermelon collagen special 2for 1 deal from this summer. I ordered and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with the amount of product in each container. Each container was only 1/2 full. I’ve never had this happen before. Is this how you normally run a buy one get one?!? If so it’s a major rip off and I’d recommend for future FILL THE CONTAINER like normal. I will not be sucked into that again. I’d like to request a RESPONSE from the company, please.”

To clarify, our limited-time Watermelon Collagen flavor was offered in a 15-serving size, whereas our permanent flavors, such as Unflavored and Pina Colada, come in 30-serving sizes. All our collagen products, regardless of serving size, are packaged in a standard-sized container, which may result in the container appearing less full for smaller serving sizes.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. Your input is invaluable, and we will use it to improve future product offerings.
