“Before starting this product I would always wake up about three hours after I fell asleep and had to go to the bathroom. Now that I’m taking this every night, I sleep 5 to 6 hours before waking! I still use re bathroom and then I’m able to go back to sleep pretty easily for another 3-4 hours!”
