“Apron personalised but arrived generic no mention of dogs name? Apron plus postage almost £30 too much for Apron. Looked reasonable quality but too much for what it was. I would not buy again.”

I have had a look into your order for you and can see that the item you have ordered does not come personalised with a name, and does only feature the icon chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering.
