“Took time to arrive and when it did Tilly’s name was not on the apron, very disappointing considering it was not cheap.”

Hi Timothy, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear of your disappointment with your order. I have had a look into your order for you and can see that the item you have ordered does not come personalised with a name, and does only feature the icon chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for your pet's name as part of the registration process so it can be used to personalise your shop and show previews of items that are personalised with their name. “I bought this as a Christmas present for my sister who has a whippet puppy and she absolutely loved it and couldn’t believe the resemblance to Benny. Really good quality and would definitely recommend.”
