“Once again, I thought I was purchasing a PERSONALISED card, as the wording above states but this turned out not to be. When I inquired about it I was told I misread the information given and the card was left blank inside for me to personalize it myself. This is a Misleading description. Not at all happy.”

Hi George, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear of your disappointment with your order. I can see the card design you purchased does not come personalised with name, and does only feature your chosen icon and selected age as part of the personalised design. We do state this within the product description, and illustrate this within the product imagery, so I do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We do also state within the description that our cards are delivered blank for you to write your own message inside. Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if we can be of further assistance.
