“I was so disappointed I had got one for my daughter dog and it had his name on it I ordered one for my friend tand there was no name Sorry but wasn't a happy chappy”

I have had a look into this for you and can see the design you have picked does not come personalised with name and instead features your chosen icon. We do mention this within the product description and it is also shown in the picture previews we provide.
