“My friend loved her gift, however, I did pay for personalisation and the item was despatched without personalisation, which was disappointing.”

“I was disappointed his name was not on the tea towel. Although it did not say it would be, the fact the dog’s name was asked for made me think it was. Despite that it was good quality & delivered promptly - went on to make a perfect gift for someone”

“Bought this for my mum as it was her birthday, she absolutly loved it! We’ve never bought anything from Yappy before but after a succesful purchase we will be back again. The product looked just like the picture which was shown and it also (when recieved) didn’t have any damage on the product”
