“I have ordered from Yappy before and always been very pleased. The dish towel, however, is an exception. I was expecting a cotton towel to be used and then could be hung up on to dry displaying the cute dog and saying. What arrived though was a towel that was very large and in a material that would not dry dishes at all! I am hoping to return it when I can find the time and find out where to send it back to.”

Hi Nancy, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. I am sorry however, to hear that you are disappointed with your dish towel. Our dish towels are created using a highly absorbent cotton material, they are great for drying dishes and we have them in our office kitchen for this reason. We do include the measurements for the item within the product description, along with pictures showing what the item looks like when opened fully and also folded over. This is so our customers can make informed decisions before purchasing and I can only apologise that you may have missed this information when placing your order. I'm afraid as the item is a tailor made product, we are unable to accept this as a return and we do mention this on the product page.
