“I believed I would get a photo of the dog on one side, hence why I took time picking the breed and likeness. I was disappointed to see it was the same quote on both sides as it didn’t seem as personable.”

The keyring you ordered does not you have ordered does not come personalised with an icon, and does only feature the name chosen when creating your pet's profile. We do state this within the product description on our website, as well as illustrate this within product imagery, so do apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask for you to choose an icon as part of the registration process so it can be used to personalise your shop and show previews of items that are personalised with their icon.
