“I got this for a friend after she seen mine from a few years ago. One side shows the 'this human belongs to' and the other side was a personalised image of the dog that they asked for when adding to your basket. Unfortunately now they have stopped doing the image of the dog on one side and it only show these words on both sides. It's quite deceiving that it asks for you to personalise your dog when add to basket so please be aware! I would have 100% recommend this product a few years ago but not now.”

Hi Alexandria, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, although I am saddened to hear of your disappointment with your order. We did change the design of this keyring some time ago so that it is only personalised with the text on both sides rather than featuring an icon on one side as previous versions did. However, our website was updated accordingly and it does now state in the product description that the keyring features the same design on both sides and any imagery featuring an icon has been removed. I can only apologise if this was missed when ordering. We ask you to choose the icon that matches your pooch best when creating their profile on your account so we can accurately preview any items that feature this as part of the design, however this does not mean that icons are printed on all items. I do apologise for any confusion caused. “I didn’t notice that it didn’t have an image of the dog on the back like it used to. I prefer it that way but the recipient was happy.”
