“This is a hard review to write. The knowledge the gal had of the product for which the replacement part was for was unexpected. I didn't totally know what I was talking about except that it was a "thingy" but she knew the product and the part right off the to of her head. I was IMPRESSED!!! The fact that I had to buy a replacement part because it is a tiny little plastic part that holds a massive amount of pressure (I've talked to others that this part broke on their same product so I know it's not just a me problem) breaking when the product itself is quite expensive, bothered me. I understand the company that initially made the filter sold it to a new company so it's not this suppliers fault. However, I am grateful for the replacement part so I don't have to purchase another filter. So, both great and not so great for this review. Oh, and it was delivered in a very timely manner.”

That is correct for the red latch. The new owners are currently looking at ways to improve the product and the red latch is definitely of one of those components they will be improving. “Product works perfect. The problem is that yard outlet charges way too much for 6 small plastic clips. Then on top of it they charge 5.99 shipping. I would not buy from them again.”

Hello Korey- Sorry that the pricing isn't what you are expecting. These red pull tabs are made in America, and that raises the price on them. We sell them in packs of 6 because we have found that customers always want to buy more than just 1. With shipping rates on the rise, we can't offer free shipping on everything.
