“Product is what what I ordered. Wanted to shout out to Tyler in customer ser dept as I rec'd this survey but I did not get the replacement screen.,I responded that I hadn't rec'd product so unable to respond. Tyler reached out to me clarifying my response and he was able to track down my order and was able to have the shipping oversight correct and shipping was expedited he followed up with the new tracking number and the product was received the following day so great job to Tyler for the great service and follow up thank you”

“The small handle was weld to the underside of the cover and I have had to get it Re weld at a cost of $30.00. Not happy, also the mailing address was wrong and delivered to another home 5 miles,away.”

“This does the job but unlike the original screen that came with my firepit this screen seems to contort once I am using it almost like it is melting, it is not however and does the job it needs to do but just looks deformed when used.”
